Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units across multiple facilities. Plan, oversee, and take accountability for the overall care of seniors and their families.
Must possess an active Indiana LPN license and a willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of home. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the company's C.A.R.E. values.
