Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree and behavioral health licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, MCAP, CAP) with at least two years of experience in SUD group therapy. Proficiency in technology and the ability to work some evenings is required.

What You’ll Do Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree Required licensure or certification*: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW, LMHC, MCAP, CAP with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting. High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency preferred) Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments is a plus Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT Florida Background Screening Requirement: As a condition of employment for positions providing care to vulnerable populations, the selected candidate must undergo a background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
