Perform basic to complex laboratory procedures for transfusion services, including blood grouping, cross-matching, and antibody identification. Ensure quality control, maintain instrumentation, and accurately document critical results and patient specimens.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related field and certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or SBB (ASCP). New graduates may be hired without certification if obtained within 180 days.

Required Education Bachelor's Degree in medical technology or related field. Licenses and Certifications (MT) MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST (Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), BB (ASCP) or SBB (ASCP). and New graduates can be hired without the certification, but will be given the opportunity to earn it within 180 Days Preferred Experience Previous Transfusion Services experience
