Supports clinical and operational pharmacy services to optimize medication use and patient outcomes under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include reviewing medication orders, providing patient counseling, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and an active Intern licensure in the State of Missouri. Candidates must be actively pursuing pharmacist licensure and possess immunization certification.
Qualifications Required: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy. Active Intern licensure in the State of Missouri. Active pursuit of pharmacist licensure (e.g., NAPLEX/MPJE scheduled/planned). Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills. Immunization certification Interested in ambulatory care, community health, or specialty pharmacy.
Prior pharmacy intern experience. Experience with EHR/pharmacy systems. 340B, FQHC experience Specialty experience
