The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, and interdisciplinary coordination. They must ensure high standards of safety and quality while documenting medical necessity and revising care plans.
Applicants must hold a current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. CPR/BCLS certification is required, with ACLS, CCRN, and six months of acute care Med/Surg experience preferred.
