The specialist is responsible for selecting, training, and supporting Treatment Foster Care resource providers to ensure safe homes for children with unique needs. They partner with the Department of Social Services to enhance the lives of children seeking stable placements.
Candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services field. At least two years of experience in direct social service delivery for children and families is required.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services from an accredited institution.
• Two (2) years of experience working with children and families in the direct delivery of social services in a public or private
