Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Have valid drivers license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation. Must have completed personal care training program and competency. Must have a smartphone or tablet and install the State required app for clocking in/out. Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly. Ability to carry out directions, read and write. Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
