The Registered Nurse will deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting and monitor patients while managing treatment plans. They will also collaborate with a clinical team and educate patients and families on kidney health.
An RN license in the state of practice and an ADN are required, with a BSN preferred. Basic computer proficiency and reliable transportation for potential floating are also necessary.
12+ months RN experience, including 6+ months Dialysis Experience with patient interaction in the last year Current RN license and CPR certification Charge RN readiness approval required ADN required; BSN preferred ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred CNN/CDN certification a plus Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook) Comfortable traveling to all facilities within the region. Consistent, predictable schedules (typically 3 to 4 days per week) that include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery Build long-term relationships with patients and families Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
