Assess, plan, and provide mental health treatment and counseling as part of an ACT team to assist clients and families. Responsibilities include case management, crisis intervention, and helping clients manage daily living skills and community resources.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field with 3 years of post-masters clinical experience. Candidates must be a licensed Mental Health Professional in Maryland and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Member of the ACT Team to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment and counseling, conduct program planning, conduct assessments, consultation and follow-up on direct services and rehabilitation to assist clients and their families in coping with health-related social problems.
Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling or related field preferred.
One to three months OJT required for efficient job performance.
Job Requirements: Must be a licensed Mental Health Professional in Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW, LCPC)
