Manage a caseload of youth dually enrolled in CCS and CLTS programs by coordinating in-home and community-based services. Develop strengths-based treatment plans and facilitate team meetings with families and service providers to monitor progress.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for daily travel.
