Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Job Summary This full-time telehealth role is for an LPC who enjoys direct client care and wants a remote position with a consistent schedule. You will provide therapy, help clients set practical goals, and guide them through personal, emotional, and behavioral health challenges. Job Details Location: New Jersey Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Conduct remote counseling sessions with clients Complete intake assessments and clinical evaluations Create and update treatment plans Provide evidence-based counseling support Document sessions, progress notes, and care updates Identify risk concerns and follow proper clinical protocols Active New Jersey LPC license in good standing Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field Previous counseling or therapy experience Comfortable providing care through telehealth Strong documentation and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LPC looking for a steady remote role with meaningful client work, we welcome your application.
