Perform various blood collection techniques including venipuncture and arterial punctures while ensuring correct patient identification and specimen processing. Manage administrative tasks such as entering physician orders, retrieving test results via LIS, and maintaining patient logs.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and current HCP-level CPR certification, with a preference for a phlebotomy certificate and one year of hospital experience. Must obtain Washington State Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification within three months of hire.
