JOB REQUIREMENTS • Board Certification

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Medical Oncology Required
• Licenses: Willing to license qualified providers
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Recent patient-facing Hematology/Oncology experience required
• Other
• Qualifications: Comfortable practicing independently in a lower-volume outpatient setting

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care for scheduled clinic patients
• Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions
• Supervise infusion services in collaboration with oncology nursing staff
• Collaborate with APPs assisting with follow-up and supportive care visits
• Review and complete clinical documentation and orders within Meditech EMR
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board discussions
• Coordinate patient care with support staff and collaborating physicians as needed
