Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, managing both acute and chronic medical conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care and promote lifelong wellness.
Must hold an MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited internship and residency, and possess an active NYS medical license. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible by ABMS or AOA.
Burnt Hills Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, part of Community Care Physicians (CCP), is a well-established primary care practice providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients of all ages. Our physicians are trained in Pediatrics or are dual board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics (Med-Peds), offering a unique ability to care for both children and adults within the same practice.

We are seeking a full-time Physician to join our collaborative primary care team. This role is ideal for a provider interested in caring for patients across the lifespan, with flexibility for those trained in Med-Peds, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.

Competitive benefits and compensation package including a base salary of $275,000 and 100% covered health insurance!
Qualified candidates should have completion of Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD), completion of an accredited internship and residency and an active license to practice medicine in NYS. Must be currently board certified by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Member Board or an approved American Osteopathic Association (AOA) specialty board. Upcoming new graduates will still be considered in a board eligible status.
