The Speech Therapist will assess patients for speech-related needs and establish individualized treatment goals. They are responsible for implementing pathology interventions and collaborating with families regarding care plans and discharge.
Candidates must have at least 18 months of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist and a valid California state license. BLS certification and experience in geriatric home health care are required.
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist to provide home health speech therapy services to patients in the Newport Beach, CA area. The Speech Therapist will assess patients for speech-related therapy needs, establish treatment goals, develop treatment plans, and implement appropriate speech pathology interventions.
This position supports Hoag Home Health. The Speech Therapist will travel to patients’ homes to provide care. Equipment will be provided by Hoag and picked up from the facility.
$84.00 per hour
