• Manatee Memorial Hospital® in Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties for over 70 years and has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval. The 295-bed hospital with over 800 physicians, residents and allied health professionals, offers advanced healthcare services in a caring and compassionate environment. Services include cardiac care and cardiovascular medicine, emergency care for all ages, surgery services — including robotic-assisted surgery with the da Vinci® Surgical System, a weight–loss program, orthopedic services, outpatient and inpatient radiology and rehabilitation, respiratory care, sleep, oncology, wound care and women’s and children’s services. Manatee Memorial Hospital offers a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for babies with special needs and has the only Pediatric Center hospital-based outpatient multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center in Manatee County. Under the direction of a radiologist, assists and performs interventional radiology procedures and routine radiographs at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement and ingenuity to apply prescribed ionizing radiological diagnosis. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Qualifications

• Completion of formal radiological training in an AMA approved school Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R.T.(R)(ARRT), in good standing Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certified, required Minimum of four (4) years of diagnostic imaging experience, required Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CIT) Certification, preferred Registered Vascular Interventional Radiography Credentialed, preferred EEO Statement All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
