The RN/LPN is responsible for conducting health assessments, developing care plans, and administering medications and treatments to residents. They also supervise CNAs and collaborate with healthcare teams and families to optimize resident well-being.
Candidates must possess a valid State of Iowa RN or LPN license. They should be compassionate, dependable, and possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.

About the Role: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
