Clinical Care Follow Ember Health’s carefully crafted SOPs, including but not limited to administer infusions safely, monitor patients, and intervene as needed. Ensure patient comfort and psychological safety through therapeutic communication. Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized workspace. Build lasting, trusting relationships with patients. Clinic Support Manage medical inventory and prepare medications safely. Assist with patient scheduling, follow-up care, and ongoing communication with provider partners. Maintain clean, orderly infusion suites and clinical spaces. What We’re Looking For Warm, empathetic, and able to build strong patient relationships. Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality care. Skilled communicator, both with patients and colleagues. Experienced in IV placement, cardio-respiratory and procedural monitoring.
