The Case Manager is responsible for initiating and implementing direct services for participants and families using a strength-based wrap-around model. They focus on safely managing troubled families in their homes through intensive case management and support.
A bachelor's degree and experience working with at-risk youth and families are required. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
