The Wraparound Facilitator provides intensive, family-centered case management for children with serious emotional disturbances to foster resilience and recovery. Responsibilities include facilitating team meetings, documenting services, and coordinating with community resources and referring authorities.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human services field and possess CPR/First Aid and MANDT certifications. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the completion of the Wraparound Training series are required.
Status: Part-Time hourly
