Ironclad & Co. is seeking detail-oriented Ophthalmic Medical Scribes in Palm Beach and Broward County to support ophthalmology providers by accurately documenting patient encounters and clinical findings in real-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and ophthalmic procedures to ensure comprehensive and precise record-keeping.
Accurately document patient history, examination details, diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedures during ophthalmology visits Assist ophthalmologists in maintaining up-to-date and organized medical records Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards and privacy regulations Collaborate with medical staff to streamline workflow and improve patient care Manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently and responsibly
Experience as a medical scribe, preferably in ophthalmology or related medical field Knowledge of ophthalmic terminology and procedures and Fluorescein Angiogram Strong typing and computer skills, particularly with EHR systems Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
