The role involves providing compassionate occupational therapy to patients of all ages, utilizing the latest technology and techniques. This includes working closely with a dedicated team to develop and deliver personalized treatment plans.
Candidates must possess an Associate degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant curriculum and have completed clinical field work, preferably in acute or sub-acute care settings. Certification as a COTA by NBCOT and Minnesota licensure are required, or must be obtained within specified timeframes.

Must have entry level skills and knowledge in the provision of occupation therapy services with clinical field work completed in an acute care or sub-acute care setting. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant by the NBCOT required or obtained within 6 months. Occupational Therapy Assistant Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant through the State of Minnesota required, or Temporary OTA permit required with Occupational Therapy Assistant license obtained within 90 days.
