Candidates must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with a valid state license and current ACLS and BLS certifications. Strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency in EHR systems are required.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Cardiology team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cardiovascular Health and be comfortable managing patients with a variety of cardiac conditions. This role involves direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of cardiovascular diseases in collaboration with our cardiologists.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours. The candidate will be expected to work 4-5 days per week, seeing approximately 20-25 patients with compensation ranging from $120,000- $160,000 annually, based on your desired caseload.
Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments, including patient history and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and lab work Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists Provide patient education on heart health, disease prevention, medications, and lifestyle modifications Monitor and manage patients with hypertension, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and other cardiac conditions Perform follow-up visits and manage chronic disease care Assist with hospital rounds and inpatient consultations as needed Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care
