Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress. Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and community resources. Stay current with best practices and regulations in social work and healthcare. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Current Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential in the state of Maryland. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy.
