Candidates must hold a diploma from an accredited program with credentialing from the ANA or Physician Assistant Association. Required certifications include a current California medical license, Board Certification, DEA license, and CPR certification.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Diploma from an accredited program with credentialing through the American Nurses Association or Physician Assistant Association.
