The nurse is responsible for monitoring and assessing patient conditions overnight in home settings. They must provide skilled nursing care and maintain accurate clinical documentation while communicating with families and care teams.
Candidates must hold an active RN or LPN license in Indiana and have at least 2 years of home health experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
Overnight Nurse (RN) Southwest Fort Wayne, IN $50 per hour Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
