Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Practice Facilitates, implements, and evaluates the Patient Plan of Care and outcomes.
Collaborates with the health care team to promote positive patient outcomes.
Acts as a patient advocate.
Ensures timely implementation of nursing interventions.
Demonstrates appropriate clinical skills and technical competence in providing patient care.
Uses sound clinical judgment and critical thinking to assess, analyze, and communicate patient information.
Accurately and promptly documents all patient assessments, interventions, patient responses, and provider communications.
Patient Safety Assesses patient safety risk factors and identifies patients requiring specific safety interventions (e.g., skin integrity, fall risk, appropriate use of restraints).
