Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing impairments. Assess patient functions and provide education to caregivers to improve functional outcomes.
Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Massachusetts with at least one year of clinical experience. Proficiency with EMR systems and strong communication skills are required.

What We're Looking For: Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Massachusetts Minimum 1 year of clinical experience Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Home healthcare experience preferred, but not required
