We are currently offering

$8,000 Sign-On Bonus
Flexible scheduling options including:
5x8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Position Summary

As a Respiratory Therapist at Cottage Hospital, you will provide physician-directed respiratory care treatments and diagnostic services to patients of all ages. You will play a key role in assessing respiratory conditions, administering therapies, managing ventilators, and collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Administer oxygen therapy, aerosols, medications, and other respiratory treatments
Provide critical care support including ventilator and airway management
Perform pulmonary function studies, arterial blood gas sampling, oximetry, and other diagnostic procedures
Assess patient respiratory status and communicate findings with the healthcare team
Accurately document treatments, responses, and patient progress
Maintain respiratory therapy equipment and ensure a safe, organized work environment
Participate in on-call coverage as needed
