Provides direct diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services under physician supervision. Responsibilities include obtaining patient histories, performing assessments, and providing counseling to patients and families.
Requires a Physician Assistant license from the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners and BLS certification. Graduation from an accredited PA program is required, with a Master's degree and one year of experience preferred.
