Dental Hygienist Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and SRP 1 Hour per recall appointment (never feel rushed and your patient gets the attention they deserve) Take and review digital X-rays using Dexis Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care Identify and document periodontal disease and treatment needs Assist doctors during exams and communicate findings clearly Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in Open Dental Support a productive hygiene schedule and smooth patient flow Promote adjunctive services (fluoride, whitening, etc.) in an ethical, patient-focused manner Dental Hygienist Requirements Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Connecticut Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain before day one) Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, well-run dental office Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable commute to Old Greenwich, CT.
