Assist Occupational Therapists in administering therapy programs for physically, developmentally, or mentally disabled clients in an inpatient setting. Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans, and fabricate splints or adaptive devices to enhance patient self-sufficiency.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of New Jersey. National certification is considered a plus.

The Full-Time Occupational Therapist Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Occupational Therapist in administering occupational therapy program in hospital, related facility, or community setting for physically, developmentally, mentally disabled, or emotionally disabled clients. Monitors and communicates patient's progress and modifies treatment plans as directed by the managing occupational therapist. Ensures and provides development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary manner.
