Provide high-quality occupational therapy to patients and residents with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Develop specialized programs in cognition, memory care, and return-to-home transitions within an inter-disciplinary team.
Candidates must possess a current Texas Occupational Therapy license. Passion for patient care and a desire to work in a high-energy team environment are sought.
Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities.
