Deliver high-quality care to patients and residents within a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center. Develop and implement specialized programs in cognition and creative group therapy.
Candidates must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas. Passion for patient care and the ability to work in a high-energy team environment are desired.
Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams.
