Conduct individual, couple, child, and family counseling sessions while facilitating group therapy for 8-12 clients. Responsible for diagnosing mental health conditions, creating treatment plans, and managing detailed client records.
Candidates must be able to perform various mental health assessments and respond to crisis situations using evidence-based practices. Participation in required supervision, staff meetings, and specialized clinical training is mandatory.

Conduct counseling sessions with individuals, couples, children, and families Facilitate Group Therapy sessions of 8-12 clients Diagnose and treat mental health conditions Maintain detailed client records of treatment and services Create and execute treatment plans Evaluate clients to determine needs and implement support options Refer clients to community resources as needed Collaborate with other care providers to coordinate services Conduct Mental Health Status Exams (MHSE), Suicide Risk Assessment, GAD-7, PCL-5, PHQ-9 and SWLS Respond to Crisis situations Refer to higher level of care as needed Utilize evidence-based practices Engage in Clinical research to stay updated on clinical practices Attend required supervision and staff meetings as directed Participate in specialized trainings, conferences and community events as needed
