Provide in-home occupational therapy services to help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, educating caregivers, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must be a graduate of an ACOTE accredited program with an active Florida COTA license and NBCOT certification. A minimum of one year of home health experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Provide in-home therapy under the supervision of a Registered OT Follow individualized treatment plans and physician orders Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety Monitor progress and communicate updates to the clinical team Complete timely, accurate documentation
