Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Maryland licensure or eligibility. Prior experience in acute care, surgery, or emergency medicine is preferred.

What You'll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute surgical patients during day operations Support inpatient surgical consults and ongoing surgical service coverage Assist in perioperative care, including pre- and post-operative management Collaborate with attending surgeons on treatment plans and clinical decision-making Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure seamless patient flow and outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation and clinical communication

Work Experience Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Maryland licensure (or eligibility) Prior experience in acute care, surgery, emergency medicine, or hospital-based practice preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex inpatient cases Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
$128,187.07-$169,209.48, based on years of relevant experience.
