Facilitate safe surgical procedures by preparing sterile operating suites and providing instruments to surgeons. Assist with patient positioning, draping, and maintaining accurate instrument counts throughout the surgery.
Requires a high school diploma and completion of a surgical technologist program or 4 years of specific experience. BLS certification is preferred, and experience in neuro or cardiac surgery is highly desired.
High school diploma equivalency AND completion of a surgical technologist program with a clinical component OR a minimum of 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required. Associate's degree or technical degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year neuro or cardiac experience preferred. Additional Preferences No additional preferences.
