The Treatment Coordinator provides therapeutic services, group counseling, and assessments for patients in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. They act as the primary contact for patients and families while coordinating discharge planning with community agencies.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling and a current Florida license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC). At least one year of direct clinical experience with psychiatric diagnoses is required.

The IOP/PHP Treatment Coordinator is responsible for conducting therapeutic services for out-patient patients. They provide group counseling sessions. IOP/PHP Teatment Coordinators are responsible for interviewing and developing the psychological history, assessing the therapeutic needs of the individual and family, developing appropriate treatment objectives and treatment summaries. PHP/IOP Treatment Coordinators act as the patients' and families' primary contact while the patient is participating in an put-patient program, as well as their advocate with the treatment team. Treatment Coordinators are also liaisons with outside agencies and individuals for the purpose of developing and coordinating discharge planning with the treatment team and family. Job Duties/Responsibilities Conducting therapeutic services for Partial Hospitalization/Intensive OutPatient Program patients and Telehealth Counseling; Provide group counseling sessions; Conducting assessments of newly admitted patients; Developing an updated, or detailed re-assessment of the patient; Providing support and advocacy Coordination/liaison with community-based social and mental health agency(ies) regarding the pre-admission status of the patient Member of the treatment team in development of treatment planning and subsequent planned interventions.
