The role involves assessing, treating, and managing complex wounds using advanced modalities and evidence-based guidelines. The provider will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate patients and caregivers on treatment adherence.
Candidates must hold a valid PA-C or Nurse Practitioner license in Connecticut along with DEA and controlled substance licenses. Two or more years of wound care experience is preferred.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in wound care but is not required; on the job training will be provided as necessary. As a key member of our wound care team, you will play a vital role in assessing, treating, and managing complex wounds, while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
