Conduct comprehensive clinical research assessments and manage participants in studies focused on Alzheimer's and dementia. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality data collection.
Requires a college degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Must hold or be eligible for State of Illinois licensure and be eligible for medical staff privileging.
Education: Minimum requirements include a college or university degree from an accredited school/college. Work Experience: Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through a combination of education and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a related job discipline.

Experience: Fundamental working knowledge of clinical research. Proficiency in venipuncture and blood sample processing. Preferred Competencies Strong understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and related neurodegenerative dementia syndromes. Excellent organizational, communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research team. Ability to comprehend technical documents. Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion. Ability to handle stressful situations. Ability to train or teach others. Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP). Ability to handle competing demands with diplomacy and enthusiasm. Ability to absorb large amounts of information quickly. Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and Good Documentation Practice.
