Support outpatient surgery operations through roles such as scrub tech, circulator, laser technician, and sterilization technician. Responsibilities include preparing sterile instruments, coordinating patient care, and managing pre and post-operative administrative tasks.
No prior experience is required as training is provided, though previous medical or ophthalmology experience is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
We are looking for full-time and part-time dedicated, patient-focused professionals to join our growing outpatient surgery team in our OBS. We are currently hiring for several essential positions that help support the operations of the Office Based Surgery (OBS). No experience is needed as we are willing to train the best candidates for the position. *These positions are part-time with the potential to become full-time. Scrub Tech Assisting surgeons during procedures by preparing sterile instruments, maintaining the sterile field, and anticipating surgical team needs throughout surgery. Circulator Coordinate patient care within the operating room by assisting with surgical preparation, documentation, patient safety, and communication between the surgical team and patient care areas. Femtosecond Laser Technician Prepare and assist with femtosecond laser procedures while ensuring patient comfort, accurate setup, and efficient workflow during refractive and cataract procedures. Sterilization Technician Cleaning, sterilizing, organizing, and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control and safety standards. Pre & Post-Op Administrator Supporting the patient experience before and after surgery by coordinating documentation, assisting with scheduling and patient flow, communication instructions, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the OBS team.
