Provide direct and indirect patient care by performing initial assessments, diagnostic testing, and assisting physicians with treatments and minor surgical procedures. Coordinate patient flow, manage medical records, and handle billing and referrals within the Ophthalmology department.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in an eye care setting. Candidates must hold or obtain COA and BLS certifications and be eligible for Washington State Medical Assistant registration.
