The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and developing treatment plans for clients to assess and meet their therapy needs. They provide direct therapy services, clinical supervision to staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to integrate care.
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and be licensed to practice in New York State. New graduates are eligible if they possess a temporary license and obtain full licensure within six months of hire.
Salary Range: $64,480-$72,800 (salary based on licensure years)
Shift: Monday-Friday
Screens/evaluates clients during the evaluation process to assess therapy needs. Provides therapy (developing/modifying treatment plans) and re-evaluation as needed. Provides clinical support to staff as needed.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
