Now Hiring 3rd shift Direct Support Professionals- Full Time and Per Diem Shifts Available Are You someone who thrives on overnight shifts?

Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during critical overnight hours.
We are specifically seeking dependable, awake overnight staff who are comfortable working 3rd shift schedules and can provide a calm, safe and supportive environment throughout the night.
Your day as a Direct Support Professionals As a new Direct Support Professional (DSP) at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler, you will: Support individuals with daily living needs and overnight routines.
Ensure safety, well-being, and comfort during overnight hours.
Assist with documentation and housekeeping Respond appropriately to overnight needs to emergencies Help individuals maintain dignity, independence and quality of life

What you need to be successful To be successful as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler, you will need a unique blend of skills that prioritize the care and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
