The Physical Therapy Assistant will provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients and prepare necessary documentation. They will also establish a plan of care based on the patients' needs and capabilities.
Candidates must have a valid State Physical Therapy Assistant License and credentials, along with experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and/or acute care. The position is PRN, indicating a need for flexibility in scheduling.
We are hiring a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
Provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities Travel to nearby centers as needed
