Work: 5W Cardiac Stepdown is a dynamic 34-bed unit located within Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center, specializing in the care of patients with complex cardiac conditions. As part of our progressive care environment, 5W provides high-acuity nursing support for individuals recovering from myocardial infarctions, heart failure exacerbations, arrhythmias, and post-cardiac procedures including catheterizations and device placements.
