Position Highlights The Occupational Therapist is responsible for delivery of occupational therapy services in the hospitals and for outpatients in accordance with the philosophy and established objectives of the departments.
• Required
• EDUCATION and/or
• EXPERIENCE: Master’s degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Position
• REQUIREMENTS: Annual influenza vaccinations are mandatory for all employees by December 1, unless a medical waiver is signed and approved. Completion of the Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse course for Iowa Mandatory Reporters within 30 days of employment and every 3 years thereafter. Current licensure by the state of Iowa as a registered occupational therapist, graduate of accredited occupational therapy program.
