The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. An active state PT license and CPR/BLS certification are also required.

This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care and optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions (exercise, manual therapy, modalities) Monitor progress and adjust plans based on clinical response Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standards Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active state PT license (or eligibility) CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Qualifications
