Job Description

Our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. With productivity expectations below many industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation

• $85,000 to $105,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.) If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 a paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K) Full-time is not your thing, but looking for a few extra hours a week? We would still love to chat about part-time or per diem opportunities we may have at our nearby clinics! What makes Ivy different? With the utilization of ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool), clinicians can expect a significant reduction in their normal documentation time, allowing them to spend more quality time with patients and keeping their notes AT work.
